Fork Lift driver was attempting to stack two pin pallets of blanks- with the both pallets on the forks- one in front of the other- Tooling employee was standing nearby as he was assisting as a spotter- With the pallets nearly lined up the spotter moved the pallets a little to help line them up- The pallet started to shift forward causing contact with the spotters head and arm causing a laceration to his armpit area
