Die setter was hooking up a coil to a chain sling- to move with the overhead crane-The coils were stacked close together- limiting access between them- While the employee attempted to move the sling into place-his arm came in contact with the curl of the inner coil- The contact caused a laceration to his arm-Employee received multiple sutures which classifies this as a recordable injury
