What happened
Employee and a coworker turned on 2 pumps in the cooling tower building along the north road of the [REDACTED] campus. When they went to walk away a water pipe failed and the force of the water coming from the pipe knocked the employee and his coworker against the cinder block wall on the east side of the building.
