Maintenance associate was working on the theil cell trying to find the issue on way the nuts were not making it in to the nut head.
What happened
Maintenance associate was cutting tubing for theil cell nut feeder to replace the tubing. While the associate was cutting the tubing the plastic tubing broke and his knife slipped and cut his left forearm.
