Walking to cooperage
What happened
[REDACTED] was on her way to the cooperage when she stepped on a spot of uneven pavement and fell forward. As she fell her right arm extended to brace for the fall. Her left hand also made contact and had an abrasion from the pavement but at this time was not in pain. She immediately felt pain from her wrist to her elbow as she got up. [REDACTED] was the first to see [REDACTED] and he immediately got ice as [REDACTED] went to my office. We wrapped her wrist and applied ice to the area which had immediately swollen to about 75 larger than her less injured arm. Fractured lower end radius and fractured right ulna styloid process
