Before the incident
Employee was moving arbor from storing rack to the hot shop small coiler end.
What happened
The employee using jig crane to lift the arbor out of the storing rack with metal chain. When the arbor lifted out of the rack hold slot the arbor swung uncontrol due to angle lifting and slipped while the employee right hand is guiding the arbor direction while lifting. During the uncontrollable swing the arbor impact other arbor stored nearby and employee finger was crush between two arbors during the incident
