TM just started the shift and was cleaning all the photo eyes to make sure the stacker de stacker would not jam.

A stack of pallets was advancing down the infeed to the stacker. Once the stack of pallets where being straightened one of the pallets off the top of the stack got caught on the corner and fell off of the stack. TM noticed it and got out of the way but the pallet clipped the TM on the head.
