Before the incident
TM finished repairing a pallet and pushed it onto the line. TM then grabbed the next pallet and began to inspect it for repairs.
What happened
TM flipped over the pallet to look at the bottom. When the TM did this the corner of the pallet hit the side of the pallet infeed and caused the pallet to come up and hit the TM in the mouth. TM noticed the mouth was bleeding and the teeth went back.
