Before the incident
Employee was assisting another employee with transferring a large gearbox from a table to a pallet following the completion of maintenance work. They were using a forklift with jib and straps.
What happened
Upon setting the gearbox down onto pallet the employee was trying to position it next to another gearbox that was stationary on pallet already. The employee got his hand in between both gearboxes and they struck eachother pinching his finger.
