Before the incident
Employee was walking towards the restroom when he noticed another employee could use some help moving a dumpster from being stuck on another tote they were attempting to move with a forklift
What happened
The forklift operator was attempting to move a cardboard tote full of loose plastic with a forklift. A wheeled can dumpster had become stuck on the box. The injured employee attempted to help move the dumpster from cardboard tote by hand as it was equipped with wheels and during this process injured their shoulder.
