Unloading parts from the sash routing machine

Team member was unloading sash wood parts from the Robotic Sash Routing machine nests. She had unloaded the wood part from the bottom right nest with her left hand. Another team member entered the cell and began communicating with the team member as she was in the process of unloading the wood part from the top left nest with her right hand. As her hand was grasping the top wood part the machine clamp activated pinching her right ring finger between the clamp pad and the wood part.
