Employee was preparing to charge the stokes furnace.
What happened
An employee was charging the furnace on stokes floor. They just dumped the second tray of 4-Hi scrap into the furnace. A couple of the 4-Hi pieces didn 't fall into the furnace good so they sent up a cable sling to adjust them. The employee had to use the no-touch tool to pull on the 4-Hi piece so he could get the sling around it. When he was pulling on the scrap piece he felt pain in his left arm shoulder.
