What happened
WHEN EMPLOYEE WENT TO INSTALL A WIRE INTO THE ELECTRICAL SOCKET SHE CAME DOWN WITH THE PNEUMATIC SCREW GUN ON THE TOP OF THE SCREW HEAD. THE WIRE THEN SPUN AROUND WRAPPING ITSELF TO THE EMPLOYEES FINGER.
