What happened
Team Member was driving a standup forklift while stacking pallets in inbound. While stepping off the forklift to perform his job duties he stepped into a hole on the floor. Team Member stated that he felt his ankle rolled. His supervisors asked was he ok and he stated yes and refused treatment. Team Member returned to work on [REDACTED] 5 24 and was walking with a limp. Supervisors and I asked was he ok and did he need a doctor and he refused treatment but went home for the day. On [REDACTED] the Team Member decided to seek treatment
