Before the incident
Employees finger was pinched crushed and immediately started to bruise. Employee said part of her thumb was feeling numb and was having difficulty bending it.
What happened
Employee was setting up Paccar shipping racks with another employee which requires you to unfold them. Her thumb was resting over the bottom support post where the top post slides in. The employee helping lifted up the side panel to unfold the rack not realizing her thumb was in the way pinching crushing her thumb.
