What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] during a fire evacuation TM stepped off the curb in the front of the building and twisted her ankle. No immediate swelling or bruising was observed at the time of the incident. The employee expressed a desire not to seek medical attention immediately and preferred to attempt to work through the discomfort. Applied the [REDACTED] to the injured area for 15 minutes to help reduce any potential swelling. Wrapped the foot and ankle with an elastic bandage for additional support. Advised the employee to report any worsening symptoms or further discomfort and come see me if needed during the shift. Informed the employee that she must see me at the start of her next shift for further evaluation before returning to the work floor. She came in the next day and requested medical services. West point clinic provided Xray (negative for fractures or breaks) RX for swelling and hard brace. Lost time due to restrictions that cannot be accommodated. TM returned to work with
