Assisted patient to bathroom-patient pulled the emergency cord tripped over IV pole cord hit the wall with her left shoulder

Had patient up restroom. Was at bed straightening out the covers. Patient pulled emergency light in restroom and I turned and went to help her. Tripped over the IV pole and hit the wall with my left shoulder.
