Walking up to the outside storage building to start work.

Employee was walking up to the building with both hands full carrying items and he said he misjudged the first step causing himself to fall forwards. He was unable to use the handrail with his hands full. He caught himself with his hands and that is where his injury to his left shoulder occurred.
