Bulk chemical transfer (caustic).

At [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] an employee was monitoring transfer of bulk caustic from a tanker to the bulk chemical storage tank. Once transfer was complete and lines disconnected EE went to look at the DRO on the side of the tank when a drop of fluid fell from above over the employees OTG safety glasses and into their left eye missing the cornea. EE flushed with a bottle of saline solution and flushed at the eyewash station outside of the bulk chemical storage. EE went to Concentra and the recommendation to see an eye specialist in [REDACTED]
