He was working in the Mixers

The employee had gotten lime dust in his eyes and went to use the emergency eye wash station to rinse his eyes he said it was to high for him to wash his eyes out so he stood on a bucket he thought was soap but actually formic acid and his leg fell through and got acid all over his right leg and foot. The supervisor sent him to the ER for care.
