What happened
A forklift driver was performing a routine tasks of using the forks on their forklift to separate a pallet of frozen chicken while it was on a dump basket in Meat Prep. When separating the top layer of meat two blocks of meat fell over the guardrails of the dump basket. One of the blocks then struck the Table Attendant who was standing on the back side of the dump basket in the shoulder.
