Before the incident
Employee and Co-Worker were replacing a drip trap under a conveyor. They were putting the side plate in position and were about to trim a corner for a proper fit.
What happened
Employee was using an angle grinder with a cut off wheel. The wheel was placed facing up in-between the conveyor rollers. When employee was re-adjusting his position he leaned back against the rollers that was holding the angle grinder. This movement of leaning back causing the angle grinder to turn on and snip the back of his left thigh.
