The employee was using the [REDACTED] [REDACTED][REDACTED] and was leaning against a weld table in weld booth 5 on the north end of the building.

While the employee was using the Lincoln welder [REDACTED] and leaning against the weld table she touched the crane that was holding the material she was about to weld. When she touched the material her right hand felt a shock - this was from voltage back feeding through the ground lead.

Potential shock to the body but small mark on right hand was the result.

Object was electricity. The Lincoln welder was sent in for service to blow out all metal dust from the inside of the machine.

The part of the potential injury was in the hand and body. After evaluation just a small mark on the hand but no injury.
