Working under the catwalk of the south green ear eliminator. Due to being a very tight space he was reaching back with his left arm to wipe his fingers off on a towel at his left side.

While moving his hand back his finger made contact with the plastic belt. The flight of the belt pushed his finger up into the belt end guard.
