Removing a sidearm from the sidearm cart.

Cut to the toe when the sidearm opened and fell on the colleague 's foot.

There was a small cut to the toe area. No swelling at the time of the incident. First aid was administered. Colleague went to the Concentra clinic where he was given prescription medication making this recordable.

While removing the sidearm from the sidearm cart the part became lodged in a gap between the bottom and side of the sidearm cart. As the colleague pulled the part with more force the part became dislodged but it opened when it came out of the slot fal
