What happened
While Welding a Truss on Level 4 slag from welding process went into her right boot burning her ankle area.
Injury or illness
on 11-13-2024 worker complained of swelling and pain at the burn site on her right ankle. We sent her to OccMed Consulting and injury care for further care and treatment. Worker was diagnosed with Cellulitis of the right lower limb and released to modified duty. At that time we were unable to provide the worker with the requirement and her Work Status was changed to Unable to Work. Worker was placed Out of Work on November 13 2024
