Employee was labelling pallets that were on a stretchwrap conveyor. There was a gap in the conveyor that allowed the employee to step between two rollers to label the pallets.

Once the employee stepped between the rollers on the conveyor system the rollers started advancing the pallet towards the employee. Her right lower leg was caught in a pinch point that was created between the rollers and the pallet that was advancing.

The employee suffered a right calf hematoma.

The employee was standing in a pinch point that was created by advancing pallets on the stretch wrap conveyor.
