On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] Facilities Maintenance Supervisor PCI Mr. [REDACTED] was coming down the stairway connecting the loading dock ramp to the fire pump building. He then took the last step and at the time twisted and rolled his left ankle and foot which was later determined to be fractured.
