What happened
The teammate was pulling out a pallet. When she reached under the pallet she got a splinter near the nail of her right index finger. At the time she thought she got the splinter out. She put on antibiotic ointment and a bandaid. She did tell her supervisor thinking it was very minor she did not complete an incident report. The teammate went to the ER on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] because her hand began to swell and was very red and hot. Given antibiotics for infection. It was not reported to Safety until [REDACTED].
