What happened

Teammate was walking from her work station to the beginning of the line. The pathway between the fence and the air bag machine was about 4 foot wide but the teammate cut close to the line and tripped over the legs of the air bag machine. She fell and hit her left shoulder of the frame of the machine. The teammate was transported by ambulance to the ER.
