Before the incident
Just loaded a pallet onto the pallet wrap machine with a reach truck
What happened
TM had placed a pallet to wrap on the Wrap Machine. As the pallet began turning on the machine a box was beginning to fall off. The TM stepped inside the guarded area with their left leg to try and stop the box from falling. In doing so the Wrap platform guard stuck the TM 's left leg and caught the leg between the guard rail and platform guard causing crushing force on the lower left leg from knee to ankle. The TM called out multiple times for assistance and then had to explain to another TM how to stop the machine.
