TM was using an approved box cutter to cut the banding used for securing product onto a pallet - as the TM was attempting to cut the banding the box cutter slipped off the banding and the motion caused her left hand holding the box cutter continued forward striking their pinky finger of the TM 's right hand - The TM was not wearing cut resistance safety gloves as required.
