What happened
Employee was disconnecting an airline from plant service air using a quick disconnect. The service air was not isolated via the installed isolation valve prior to removing the hose with the quick disconnect which allowed air and debris from the pressurized plant air piping to contact the employees left hand resulting in an abrasion.
