EE [REDACTED] supplies lines 23-24 and stated that she was in the back of bay #23 getting a buggy for her line. Someone had parked a pillow buggy sideways at the end of the bay and a tugger driver came by. One of the buggies that the tugger was pulling hit the pillow buggy which was pushed into EE 's right elbow.
