EE stated that on [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] he had just completed a pick run. He went to back the pallet jack up to get out of the way of others. He had his right foot hanging off the side of the jack and backed his jack up by the end cap of location. His Right Great toe got mashed between the jack and the upright beam causing injury to great toe.
