EE works in supply and was getting ready to hook an empty cushion buggy to line of carts around bays 22-23. EE states the buggy she was moving had the tongue facing the wrong direction and as she was turning it around the tongue caught another buggy that was passing by causing it to jerk and slam into another stationary buggy next to it catching her hand in between them.
