Before the incident
EE works in maintenance and stated that he was testing the small t-nut machine at router #184 in the frame mill. He grabbed a piece of scrap wood to test the machine. He said that when he went to push the scrap piece in the board broke in half and his right hand went into the machine as it activated. The t-nut came down injuring the tips of both fingers.
