Before the incident
HSS called to the Frame Mill for EE with leg injury. Upon arrival EE sitting on side of cart. He had good range of motion to foot and knee. Minimal swelling noted to shin calf area. No bruising noted and EE was able to bear weight with only a little discomfort. EE brought to HSS for further evaluation.
