What happened
EE started work at [REDACTED] and delivered brick to a [REDACTED] job site with another driver. EE was assisting other driver with putting his side gates back up on the delivery truck and did not realize the three side gates were still attached together and as he lifted one gate he realized all three were attached; he was able to lift gates in to place but strained his back. He worked through the rest of the week and went to the VA Doctor on [REDACTED] not reporting as Workers Comp until [REDACTED].
