cleaning glue from labeler

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] EE was attempting to remove the build up of excess glue under line 11 labeler. The glue was partially hardened and there was a significant amount. While working to remove the glue by pulling with hands with a motion of pulling backwards the glue strand broke free. The momentum of the pulling and it breaking free caused EE to fall backwards towards line 12 labeler platform. As they fell they put hands behind them to brace for the impact and right wrist impacted the stair of the platform as they fell. EE had a small bruise minor swelling and some initial pain but good range of motion so we did a home care plan for the evening. [REDACTED] EE was no better and was experiencing a sharp pain as moved the wrist to the right.
