What happened
Temp employee was in the process of changing the drive wheel on plant 2 kiln entrance transfer car when he got to a point where he couldnt jack up the transfer car anymore with his hand; he decided to step on the jack handle with his foot not realizing he had stepped in hydraulic fluid before stepping on the jack handle his foot slipped off the handle causing the handle to spring up and hit him on his chin causing 3 stitches.
