EE was stooping down off their order picker [REDACTED] to verify serial numbers on inside-rack ground location hardware.

EE was inside aisle BR picker box facing the low end of the racks. Their order picker (OP) was backed 18 inches out of their picker box. EEs right foot was on the ground between their OP forks to get a closer look at part number labels on ground location. As EE was squatting a turret truck (TT) operator approached EE from the low end of aisle BR. TT operator was unaware EE was in the aisle and stopped upon hearing TT make contact with EEs picker box. EEs picker box was shoved back towards EEs foot. Due to EEs squatting stance one OP pincer went over EEs right toes. The other pincer pierced the side of EEs boot causing a laceration to the right foot sole.
