What happened
Operator tripped on a CIP Hose on the mezzanine and landed on her hands and knee. 1st Aid was initially requested (ice pack) by the employee then returned to normal work but later in the evening the pain increased and the associate went to the ER to get a diagnosis. The ER x-rayed and referred her to a specialist.
