Putting the forks onto the [REDACTED]
What happened
I was putting the forks onto the Avant to off load some planting items [REDACTED] this involved putting an adaptor plate on the avant to grab the mini forks. When doing so the mini forks were not quite fitting correctly. I lifted the boom some to see where it was stuck when i touched the forks they fell off and rocked. In all of this it hit my fingers causing a cut in a few of them. I should have left them all the way on the ground and just kept looking at the pieces separately to see what was going on. Ultimately it was seen that there was a gusset on this set that kept it from going on all the way.
