What happened
when loading product using door 21 freight coming out of lane PC 90 the associate grab a stack of congo trays double stack in the lane the associate did not realize in between two skids there was saw dust. Dust blew into the associate left eye when going into the trailer causing the associate to go get his left eye flush.
