What happened
Employee noticed that cardboard clubs were compressing between De La Fontaine door slabs located in [REDACTED] causing them to lean. To prevent the doors from falling the employee began to remove them from the racks. The employee proceeded to use a forklift to remove the doors with the collapsing clubs but due to the door 's instability the cross beams on the rack shifted. This caused the remaining doors in the rack to fall as the cross beams could no longer support their weight. The employee began cleaning up the fallen doors manually. While lifting and moving the third door the employee accidentally struck a small bundle of steel header frames that were stored directly under the doors he was handling. The impact caused the bundle to tip over and one of the pointed ends of the frame struck the employee 's outside right calf requiring 18 sutures.
