Employee was carrying a Manual bending Cutting tool on his shoulder as be was lowered the tool to the ground. The tool opened he reacted by instinct to catch it. his right-hand thumb finger went into the mouth teeth of the tool causing the tool to pinch the employee‘s finger. He felt a pinch he continues to work but fell his glove wet as he removed the glove he noticed blood and saw his finger was lacerated
