Working on a wall tieying rebar tie wire
What happened
employee was securing with rebar tie a wall form he was stepping on a kicker in the back of the wall (kicker is a piece of wood). As he was securing a piece of tie wire he made pressure with his leg causing the kicker to come loose his leg went inside the wall form hitting his left knee on a 2x4. He continue working after the incident to finish the task later he reported the incident to his supervisor on site.
