What happened
EE stated that he was moving a pallet onto his pallet jack in [REDACTED] when he banged the back of his hand against the pallet [REDACTED]. EE stated that he felt pain shoot up his right arm on the inside and up through his bicep. EE 's pointer and middle finger do appear swollen relative to his other fingers and there appears to be stiffness but EE is capable of making a fist. Provided a cold compress and elevation for approximately 1 2 hour. Will advise the supervisor to provide duty that limits the use of his right hand until Safety can assess. EE was offered medical treatment but cannot currently sign the declination form as he is right-handed.
