What happened
Employee was operating [REDACTED] and had placed a part into the roll-around parts rack. A forklift operator was attempting to load a new rack onto a stationary stand next to the roll-around rack. As the forklift operator loaded the parts rack onto the stationary stand he accidentally bumped into the corner of the parts rack on the roll-around cart. The parts rack rolled into the employee causing him to fall to the ground.
